Reservations: Igloos are reserved at the Owner's Discretion. Igloo reservations are for 2-6 people. All reservations require a Non Refundable $10 Reservation and Disinfecting Charge. Our reservations do not require a security deposit (subject to change); however, the customer will be contacted and the party's card will be charged for any damages incurred. No Shows and Late Cancellations: 48 hours notice is required for cancelation or changes to party size. THERE WILL BE A $50 CANCELLATION CHARGE INSIDE 48 HOURS OF YOUR RESERVATION. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change the number of guests in your booking – we may not always have availability but we will try our best to accommodate! Let us know if you are running late for your reservation. Letting us know does not mean that we will be able to extend your reservation time. Marchiori Catering reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time with written notice for the following reasons: * If the guest is in breach or default of their obligations under this agreement. * If Marchiori Catering is unable to carry out its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control (for example extreme weather, refurbishment or emergency) Arrival and Timing: Please remember that your igloo is booked from the time your reservation begins, not your arrival time. Parties arriving late will need to adhere to their reserved time limit. Adherence to reserved time slot is necessary for proper sanitizing after each group of guests. Your safety is important to us! Any requests for extensions to your reservation time will need to be discussed and confirmed with the Management Team at least 48 hours prior to your reservation time. Payment: A 20% Gratuity will be added to your final bill. Our reservations do not currently require a spending minimum. Wheelchair Access: While our hall and courtyard are fully accessible to wheelchair users, the Igloos have a narrow entry and are difficult to enter via wheelchair. Please contact us with questions prior to booking to discuss wheelchair accessibility. Sanitation: Each Igloo is sanitized according to the CDC guidelines after each reservation. Damages: Igloos are thoroughly inspected after each reservation. If any damages are incurred during your visit, you will be contacted immediately. The name and credit card provided for the reservation may be charged if there are damages.
